It Starts With The Nose

Great sleep starts with the great nasal breathing. The hardest thing about sleep is knowing, how are we sleeping? The foundation of great sleep is great breathing. When we breathe well we sleep well. Oftentime the only person that knows how we are sleeping is our partner or loved one. If our partner is telling us we snore, it is a sign we are having trouble breathing through our noses.
